Shipping policy

With this logo, we want to show that we are a customer of the Green Dot, and thus intend to fulfill our obligations for system participation according to the Packaging Act.

Shipping of goods is generally only possible to the countries listed below. Delivery within Germany is carried out via DHL Paket, and to the countries listed below via DHL Paket International. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you wish to have the shipment sent to another country, please send us an email (service@fhd.agency) before placing an order and provide the item with the quantity and the delivery address including the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired address is possible – provide you with the shipping costs, as we need to check the shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner.
