Various secure payment methods are available in our online store. The payment methods actually available for your order will be shown at checkout.

The availability of individual payment methods may depend in particular on your delivery country, your location, the order value, the device used, and the requirements of the respective payment service provider.

Shopify Payments

Among other things, we use Shopify Payments.

When using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, the terms of the respective payment service also apply.

Payment processing via Shopify Payments is handled by Shopify and the payment and financial service providers engaged by Shopify.

If you select PayPal as your payment method at checkout, payment processing will be handled by:

PayPal is a credit institution licensed in Luxembourg and is supervised by the Luxembourg financial supervisory authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal to make your payment, or the relevant PayPal payment interface will open.

To use PayPal, you may need to log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment there. Depending on your PayPal account and the options offered to you by PayPal, payment may be made, for example, using a linked bank account, a credit or debit card, or your available PayPal balance.

The charge or settlement will be made according to the payment method you selected with PayPal and the terms agreed with PayPal.

The availability of certain PayPal payment options may depend on your PayPal account requirements and a review by PayPal.

PayPal's terms of use and privacy policy also apply to payment processing. PayPal processes the data required for payment processing under its own responsibility.

You are not entitled to have PayPal or any particular payment method offered through PayPal available for every order.

Klarna

If a payment method from Klarna is offered at checkout, payment processing will be handled by:

Depending on your order and the options offered by Klarna, you may be shown Klarna payment methods such as invoice payment, instalments, or other Klarna payment options.

Klarna invoice

If invoice payment is offered, you pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna in accordance with the payment terms shown at checkout or communicated by Klarna.

Klarna will provide you with the specific payment deadline and payment information.

Klarna instalments

If payment in instalments is offered, you can pay the invoice amount in instalments in accordance with the terms specified by Klarna at checkout.

The terms shown to you by Klarna before you complete the payment apply.

Klarna review

The availability of certain Klarna payment methods may depend on a review by Klarna.

For this purpose, Klarna may carry out identity, address, fraud and, where applicable, credit checks. You are therefore not entitled to have a particular Klarna payment method offered for every order.

Payment timing

The time at which your account or payment method is charged or a payment becomes due depends on the payment method you select and the terms of the respective payment service provider.

The information applicable to your specific order will be shown during the ordering process.

Security

Your payment data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Depending on the payment method selected, additional security and authentication procedures, such as 3D Secure, may be used.

Currency and possible additional costs

Prices shown in the online store are in the currency indicated.

When paying from abroad or using an account or payment method in another currency, your bank or payment service provider may charge additional fees or foreign exchange costs. We have no control over these costs.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, import duties, customs duties or taxes may also apply unless they have already been collected as part of the order. The customer is responsible for these costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
